You can submit your hearing test results to a licensed audiologist for review directly through the ELEHEAR app, describe any issues you're experiencing, and receive personalized adjustment recommendations back through the app and by email. The AI gives you a fast starting point; the audiologist can refine it.

Beyond Pro is an FDA-registered over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid. The OTC category — including self-fitting via an in-app hearing test — is a category the FDA established specifically for adults with perceived mild-to-moderate hearing loss, without requiring a prescription or in-person exam. It's a regulated path, not an unregulated shortcut.
Remote audiologist review is included with eligible Beyond Pro purchases — it isn't a paid add-on, and it isn't limited to a single onboarding call.
