Good product!

The price is reasonable

For years now my dad has been struggling with hearing loss. It would break my heart to see him struggling during family conversations. These were $499 and for the price they are amazing. Bluetooth Connectivity

I'm getting used to the bth hearing aid and learning to adjust the aids to fit my needs. I like the blue tooth adjustability . I would like to be able to connect without having to remove the hearing aid, place in carrier, and then reconnect upon removal.

Tried others

Well, will say that the product is filling my expectations. After having tried 5 others from 4 different companies. First and foremost the after market support has been Par Excelance. The main reason I decided on this product was the intergraded Bluetooth for phones and tablets and Wow what a great 👍🏻 feature, I love it. Using the App function to connect and make adjustments is also great.

Work great once you know how they work

The hearing aids always work great, but I was having trouble keeping them connected to Bluetooth in order to access the page to make adjustments in their performance. Once I spoke with the audiologist and she explained that all I have to do is turn them off and then back on for them to reconnect. Now I am very happy with them and no longer have any issues.

New ears

I have used a very expensive set of hearing aids for the last 5 years. The batteries started to weaken and they start needing to be charged at about half a day. After talking to the manufacturer I would have to pay upwards of $5000.00 for new batteries. They cant replace the batteries you have to buy a new set. I started to look around and i found Elehear, They work pretty much the same and they are only $499.00. Whats in your wallet?

SECOND BEST!

I have tried several OTC hearing aids and have generally been disappointed. However, the last two I have tried worked very well for me. My number one rated hearing aid is Lexie/BOSE. The enhanced sound quality is very natural, but I still got occasionally annoyed by "feedback".

Great customer service

First set received had bad Bluetooth connection left would drop out almost immediately. Contacted support and after a couple of emails to try fixes with out success. They sent a new set out. The new set works as expected. My first try with hearing aids. I have profound loss in left side and these do improve my hearing. Still getting used to them. I am impressed with the customer service. I would recommend them.

Very good

I was skeptical as I have tried otc before and always found them lacking. These turned out to work for me very well. Yes I would recommend ELEHEAR good price well made and work.

Thrilled

I had other hearing aids years ago but lost them. I put up with none (too expensive) for too long. Ordered the Elehear hearing aids which are surprisingly inexpensive for the claimed the quality of the product. They are excellent, worth every penny. It takes time to learn how to hear properly again. But after not very long I turned off the closed captions on the tv and youtube videos. My mate is learning she does not have to yell for me to hear her. I have not had to cup my ear with my hand and say "what?" since I got them. They work very well, and do take phone calls as advertised. The app works quite nicely too (android version).
