Return and refund policy
This return and refund policy applies to devices purchased directly from the elehear.com website and must be returned to the designated address.
45-day trial period
We recommend that you take at least three weeks trial your new hearing aids. It takes time for the brain to relearn how to process amplified sounds, and you should use this period to become fully adapted to your hearing aids. The 45-day trial period is not mandatory; however, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the hearing aids within 45 days of receiving them, and you will be granted a full refund of the purchase price (minus any shipping fees, discounts, or coupons applied).
During the 45-day trial period
To be eligible for a full refund, you must return the complete product, including all additional accessories, charging cases, charging cables, or free items included with your hearing aids at the time of purchase.
The 45-day trial period applies only once per device model. ELEHEAR will not issue multiple refunds for the same device model to the same user.
You are fully responsible for any loss or damage to your hearing aids during the return process. We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance.
To qualify for a refund, return the hearing aids and all accessories in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Ensure the hearing aids are in good working condition, without damage, scratches, or soiling. Take reasonable care of the product and packaging.
Return Process
Once your return is approved by, a return* label will be provided. Please include a note with your order number, name, and return reason in the package. Return the package to the correct address provided by us. Failure to return accessories may result in additional charges or replacements.
* Return shipping costs will be covered by ELEHEAR for products that are within the 45-day trial period.
Address change or cancellation during shipment
If you change the delivery address or cancel during shipment, a $50 processing fee will apply.
Refund
If the product is returned within 45 days of receipt and meets the above conditions, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you originally used (eg. credited to your credit card/PayPal account).
Note: For refunds processed to a different bank card instead of the original payment method, a bank transfer fee of $20 will be deducted.
Post 45-day trial period
After the expiration of the 45-day trial period, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.
Warranty
ELEHEAR hearing aids come with a one-year warranty. If your hearing aids are found to be faulty or not working properly during this time, refer to the user manual for troubleshooting or contact our Customer Support team at support@elehear.com or by calling our helpline at (888) 669-1099.
If a product issue is identified from the inspection, a replacement set of hearing aids will be sent at no additional repair cost**. Conversely, if no product issue is detected, you will be responsible for covering any repair expenses**.
** You will be accountable for all return shipping expenses within the one-year warranty period.
