Do the Beyond Pro hearing aids allow for bluetooth-streamed phone calls?

Yes. The Beyond Pro hearing aids do allow for bluetooth streaming of phone-calls to both Apple and Android products. Do ensure your phone has Bluetooth version 5.3 or below (Bluetooth 5.3 is backward-compatible). Successful connectivity depends on specific circumstances and device compatibility.

What does the ELEHEAR App do?

The ELEHEAR App utilizes Bluetooth connectivity to enable effortless control and customization of the ELEHEAR Beyond Pro hearing aids. The App allows users to adjust various settings in their hearing aids, including volume, mode, noise-control and directionality. This streamlined connection enhances user convenience and provides a user-friendly interface for managing the hearing aids effectively.

What is the warranty coverage and terms?

ELEHEAR offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products. This covers quality, material and workmanship defects on the hearing aids and charging case (accessories not included).
The warranty begins on the date the new devices are delivered. If your hearing aids are found to be faulty during this time frame, there will be no charges associated with any repair, unless the device has been misused.

Are you kidding me?

This was the third different kind of hearing aids and my last! Took them out of the box, read the instructions, put them on , increased the volume on my phone and…I can hear again!!! Good job ELEHEAR!

Great OTC Hearing Aids

Great value for $600 hearing aids. I paid over $6,000 for my last pair 3 years ago. In most ways these Beyond Pros are as good if not better than the more expensive ones.

Great Hearing Aids

I am still getting used to wearing them but they have been very good so far. I love the way they can be used with the app and thru the Bluetooth on my phone. They cost considerably less than my old hearing aids that were big, clumsy and difficult to adjust for sounds level. The ELEHEAR are much more versatile and I love the translator aspect also. I know the ELEHEAR aids will fit well into my lifestyle. Thank you.

Works as promised

After the first week with the hearing aids, I am very satisfied. They seem to perform well although I don't have much to compare since these are my first hearing aids. I do know that they work better than the professional aids that I've worn on a trial basis in the past. I'm pleased that they work well on smart phone calls both listening and speaking, and that I can use them for podcasts and music as well. I notice that the TV volume is not up as high as it used to be to hear comfortably.

Sounds abound!

This is my second set of ELEHEAR. The first were quite good but alas, one of them quit after 1.5 years. I shopped others for six months but returned to ELEHEAR and the new Beyond Pro. Good decision! For the money, they are simply the best. Completely adjustable through my phone app and I can once again here, but with even better clarity than before. In addition, I reauire the longer wire for fit and comfort, and customer service got them to me immediately. ELEHEAR is the real deal!

I am certainly able to hear much better than before. I will continue to wear and most of the time I don’t realize that I am. It’s somewhat of an adjustment and it is getting better. The audiologist suggested setting is working for me.
