I was starting not to hear my warning sounds in my cry…not any more! I went into a loud restaurant with friends and followed all the conversation, but I may need to fine tune them a bit. I stream tv and audiobooks and it works great. You can,t see them, but I am afraid they might break, so I have been afraid to fall asleep with them in. I have a variety of hearing aides. These are my favorite, they stay charged a long time and I love the magnetic case. I have had no trouble getting used to them, and almost forget I have them in when I go to the pool. Thanks for an affordable and great product.

I have total hearing loss in my RT ear and 50% loss in the left. I have used several different hearing aids over the years costing up to $9000. These $400 hearing aids are just as good and, some features are better than the high dollar brands.

This is my first set of hearing aids, and I could not be happier. The customer service I received from the very beginning was outstanding. I really like the support system that they have built in, and immediately addressed any questions and concerns I have. Mine is a great product, and I could not be happier. Right out of the box, I was pleased. Good volume with no feedback! Upon taking the hearing test and easy to follow instructions to send the results to audiologist. Quick turn around and loaded her recommended settings into the hearing aids with no involvement on my part.

Let me start by saying that the sound quality is fantastic. I do not believe that you can find a clearer hearing aid regardless of cost.

The app is also good but there are minor functionality items worth mentioning.

The App should allow for selectivity on connecting to other blue tooth devices.
IE. don't connect to other blue tooth devices unless I select them to be connected. ie, phone, music, other computer etc.
When using the app to adjust the hearing aids, blue tooth auto-connects to other devices which makes adjusting the aids a more difficult task.

The buttons on the hearing aids seem to be exactly where you hold them to install them. It is about impossible not to touch the buttons for 2-4 seconds while installing them. This negates any app adjustments you may have made previously and you need to start again or continue to press the button until you return to your previous settings. Could the button functions be set to on/off by the app?

Again these are minor items but would greatly enhance the functionality of the aids.

On day nine...at first, I just used the ear domes on that came with it - they were comfy but there was a strangeness to the sound spectrum coming in. I called their Customer Service number and left a voice
- along with Great customer service, message. Later that day, I received a VM describing how best to set it up. Moderate hearing loss is better served with the ear domes with holes. When I opened the App to follow the Audiologists advice, I saw how there was a message in the App that simply had me (click) for the devices to automatically reset. Very cool. SO - If you want Easy/Affordable/Risk-free/Effective hearing assistance, the EleHear Beyond is the Real Deal.

I’m scheduled for my appointment for fine tuning my appliance. At this point I have no regrets on my purchase & have already recommended them to two of my younger brothers. Excellent product!!
