So far, using both the downloaded app and the physical volume adjustments, also changing domes, I am adjusting well to these hearing aids. I appreciate the charging case that holds extra power, and the full-day's charge in the hearing aids themselves. I have had some trouble with buzzing and noise on windy days, also when dining in a public place with many different sounds. Adjusting the volume down manually has helped. For the first time in many years, I can easily understand what my spouse is saying while talking in adjoining rooms, or in stores and restaurants! Now, we are actually conversing more, and at normal speaking levels. So far, so good, but I wish there was a better warranty for loss or accidental damage. They stay on and in my ears pretty well, in fact, I am not thinking about them being there as much already, at 2 weeks. Glad for the 45 day customer satisfaction warranty, as I understand even from the Elehear site that it can take months to adjust with newly wearing aids, and the brain can rebuild new neural pathways. i would like more information on the noise cancelation feature. I am very satisfied with my hearing aids . I have actually worn these hearing aids more than my expensive ones I had from my audiologist mainly because of the price I'm not as afraid to lose or damage them because they wa not near as expensive .The 20hr battery life is much better than ny 8hr ones that only lasted like 6hrs .

I tried 2 other OTC aids and they were cumbersome to understand, worked about as minimally as possible. Elehear has been a pleasure! Easy to operate, requires little interaction, very comfortable! I am referring friends!

The hearing aids from Elehear perform just fine at an excellent value. Much less than what you would find from an audiologist. The app is very helpful and user friendly. The app has short, less than a minute, tutorials that refresh how to get the best use out of their product. Questions to customer support are replied to promptly. I would buy these again.

I was happy to find Elehear Beyond, the reviews for a budget option gave me a lot of confidence in purchasing. But after just a few weeks the hearing aid is already beyond expectations.

I received personalized tuning/setting instructions in just a few hours after sending my most recent audiogram, and the fit and performance have been great. Highly recommend!

I have only had the hearing aids about a week and am still getting used to them. The sound is much better than before and I like that they connect to my phone. I need to get used to them.

Very reasonably priced. Set up directions seem easy enough. I have been wearing them a lot, trying to get used to them and honestly, it is a process. But so far, I am quite pleased!

I believe these work so much better than my $3000 hearing aids. Light weight and sounds great.

This is the first time that I need hearing aids, and after doing some research, I discovered that it is possible to get them OTC. Soooo much less money and they are great! Easy to use, tons of options for settings, etc. and the tinnitus dampening feature is a real bonus. Customer service support is wonderful, also. I heartily recommend them.
