What is the warranty coverage and terms?

ELEHEAR offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products. This covers quality, material and workmanship defects on the hearing aids and charging case (accessories not included).
The warranty begins on the date the new devices are delivered. If your hearing aids are found to be faulty during this time frame, there will be no charges associated with any repair, unless the device has been misused.

What is AI VocClear technology?

ELEHEAR's proprietary VocClear AI technology is a synergistic system composed of six integral components: AI Feedback Control, Directionality, Directionality Enhancer, AI Noise Reduction, Speech Enhancer and Amplification. These six modules work together to enhance speech comprehension (especially in noise), and to minimize listening effort, thereby enhancing overall communication.

The Best OTC Hearing Aids For The Price

For someone who has been through quite a few OTC hearing aids, these are actually the real deal. Many extra features and excellent hearing aid capability at a fraction of the cost of other OTC or prescription hearing aids. I've only had them for 1 month but so far I am thoroughly impressed and love these!!!

I’ve been wearing my beyond hearing aids ten hours a day for a week. I’ve heard so many sounds that I was missing before. Birds chirping, light switches clicking and different sounds in my car. Best of all I can hear people talking to me. Before some people sounded like they were mumbling, now I can hear them pretty well. A very nice feature is the streaming phone calls. I used to have my cell on speaker phone to hear the voice now it’s crystal clear. These hearing aids are a great buy at $399.

Honestly a little life changing

I had difficulty at first figuring out what kind of dome to use for my hearing loss. Its mainly trial and error. After my third day I found the right size and style, and after a while they felt like nothing in my ears. Super light weight. Love the sound quality. Also the customizability of the settings is amazing probably my favorite aspect of the product. So versatile. I love these hearing aids and WILL be buying another pair and any new types that come out. If I could give it 6 stars I would.
