Recommended Frequency: Replace your ear caps every 1–2 weeks, or more often if you experience higher levels of earwax or moisture.
Signs to Replace: Decreased sound quality (muffled or distorted); Cracked, misshapen, or discolored ear cap; Visible earwax buildup inside the ear cap or hearing aid.
Why It’s Important: Regularly replacing ear domes ensures clear sound, protects sensitive parts, and extends the life of your hearing aids.

How to Replace The Ear Dome

Hold one end of the receiver and gently remove the ear dome.

Take a new ear dome and place the receiver at the center of it.

Slide the ear dome onto the receiver outlet. The receiver and ear dome should fit snugly together.
