Elehear hearing aids hold much promise but will need to overcome the white noise produced by the circuitry before it can become competitive.

Shipping took longer than expected, but communication was good. I’m having trouble with two things. I’m having finding the best dome. one was missing and one was damaged from the pac that was included. The other issue is getting them to stream with the app. They go to mute when connecting to calls or music.

I currently have Lively, close to 5 years old and was looking for a possible upgrade. The Elehear hearing aids are OK. I switched to open tips after my audiologist consultation and they were better. I have been trying different settings, volumes, and frequencies. So far I like my Lively better but I will try them a little more before I make the decision to possibly return them.

Not very user friendly. Bluetooth only hooked to 1 device at a time, so I had to connect and reconnect all the time to different devices. The newest bluetooth systems you can have paired to multipole devices and not have to do that.

I have only had my Alpha Pro for about a week. So far it has been working well. I have had no real problems with the system. I am pleased.
