Excellent quality and service

Very pleased with them. I purchased my Alpha about two months ago. The volume can be adjusted in each ear independently (my left ear is more impaired than my right ear). The modes can be changed to General, Restaurant, outdoor, and TV. Overall, they're easy to use, very comfortable, and definitely work for my hearing loss.
