ELEHEAR Beyond

I purchased the Elelhear Beyond set and they are FANTASTIC!! The customer service is absolutely outstanding, the app is easy to use and the support is EXCELLENT.

The AI features, translation, and fit is great. I completed a hearing test with the hearing aides and had a custom setting made by an audiologist. They are well worth the money.

- improvement in hearing conversations is clearly worth the effort of owning and wearing the hearing aids
- bluetooth works great for music, phone calls and zoom meetings
- form factor - over the rear - ensures they don't fall out
- battery life is ok - by the end of a long day, wearing them all day and listening to music, they needed to be charged once. I like everything else enough that i don't mind, but this is the one thing that could be better
- i liked the printed and email communications... assisting with setting up and getting used to the product
- liked the hearing test and follow up audiologist hearing program.

Great replacement for my $3,000 pair

The ELEHEAR aides are great. They work great and sound quality is better than my Miracle Ear aides. I needed a battery replacement on my Miracle ear and they were going to charge me as much as a brand new pair of ELEHEAR for just one battery! Glad I made the right decision

I spent four years in the Navy on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier, and then thirty-plus years as a machinist in heavy machine shops. My hearing was shot to pieces. On top of which, fifteen years ago, I developed tinnitus to boot. Not one audiologist within a comfortable distance accepted my insurance, not that there are many around out in the cornfields. I've tried generic amplifiers up to the more expensive OTC aids available at some big-box stores. All garbage! When the wife and I received our tax return this year, I ordered a pair of ELEHEAR Beyond. And it's the best money I've spent in years! The phone app is easy to use, and I'm still tweaking and final tuning it to my levels. The relaxation sounds mask the tinnitus, which I try to listen to for half an hour a day. It may not be a cure, but after two weeks, I will attest that my tinnitus is quieter and I'm less aware of it unless I am in a nicely quiet area. Great product, maybe next year I'll upgrade?

This hearing aid works well for the cost, you may tend to hear your voice when the volume is turned a little high, to fix that, just lower the volume, good value for sure
