ElePro™ is ELEHEAR’s remote hearing care service, designed to bring professional support directly to users through the app. By combining in-app hearing assessment with expert fine-tuning, ElePro™ enables personalized adjustments based on individual hearing needs and real-life listening environments. It offers a seamless, accessible way to experience audiologist-level care.

Phone consultations with ELEHEAR’s audiology care team are free with the purchase of ELEHEAR hearing aids, giving customers an easy way to get professional guidance after receiving their devices.

How It Works

With over 22 years of experience as an audiologist, Jalene has helped thousands of hearing impaired clients improve their communication abilities. Most of her career was spent working in an ENT office, but she has been providing remote-support audiologic care for over three years now. Her goal is to educate and empower the hearing impaired to get the most out of their individual hearing aid journey.

Patrick Burton

Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser

Patrick Burton is an experienced hearing care professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Hearing Specialist at ELEHEAR since March 2026, Patrick has a strong background in coaching clients in their journey with hearing aids and troubleshooting issues remotely. Prior experience includes roles as a remote Hearing Expert at Eargo for over five years. With prior experience as Regional Director/Field Trainer at AccuQuest Hearing Centers, a field sales representative with Siemens Hearing Instruments covering Southern California and Hawaii.

Additional roles encompass Clinic Manager positions at both Sonus Hearing Care Professionals and Newport Audiology Centers, as well as a Director of Sales at Auditory Instruments.
Patrick also co-owned Burton Associates Audiology & Hearing Center and was the owner of Downey Professional Audiology and Hearing Center, where significant revenue growth was achieved.

How can I share my hearing test data with ELEHEAR?
You have two easy options:

*Option 1: Email an existing hearing test

If you already have a formal hearing test or audiogram, please email a copy to audiologyservices@elehear.com.

Our audiology team will review your results and reply by email with personalized programming guidance and ear-cap recommendations.

Please note: Audiograms sent by email are reviewed by email only. If you send an audiogram without completing the in-app process, our team cannot remotely adjust your hearing aids through the app.

*Option 2: Use the ELEHEAR mobile app

1. Connect your hearing aids.
2. Take the in-app Hearing Test.
3. Select ElePro Audiologist, leave a note in the Message for Audiologist box, and hit Submit.
4. Our team will remotely adjust your hearing aids through the app and follow up with email recommendations.
How can I get the best results?
1. Take the hearing test in a quiet space.
2. Wear your hearing aids properly during testing.
3. Use Closed or Power ear caps for the hearing test.
Do not use Open ear caps, as they can cause inaccurate or false results.
Provide accurate feedback on your listening experience.

This process helps ensure a convenient, professional-grade hearing care experience that is fully remote and tailored to you.
I just received my ELEHEAR hearing aids. What should I do first?
Here are the recommended first steps:
1. Review the Quick-Start Guide and User Manual included in your box.
2. Check that you have everything: hearing aids, charging case, ear caps, and cleaning tools.
3. Remove the protective stickers on the battery contacts, place the aids in the charger, and charge for 3 hours before first use.
4. Visit our YouTube channel for BEYOND instructional videos (pairing, charging, cleaning, etc.).
5. Once fully charged, pair your hearing aids with your smartphone for Bluetooth calls and audio streaming.
6. Connect separately to the ELEHEAR mobile app for programming.
How do I connect my hearing aids to the ELEHEAR mobile app?
1. Open the ELEHEAR app.
2. Select your hearing aid model.
3. Follow the instructions to pair via Bluetooth. (Note: This is a separate Bluetooth connection from your phone’s general audio connection.)
Can an ELEPRO Audiologist help program my hearing aids?
Yes! You can request remote support directly through the ELEHEAR app:

1. Tap MENU.
2. Select Hearing Test or ELEPRO Audiologist.
3. Complete the in-app Hearing Test using Closed or Power ear caps. Open ear caps should not be used, as they may cause inaccurate results.
4. Submit your results to an ELEPRO Audiologist.
5. Our audiology team will remotely adjust your hearing aids through the app and follow up with additional recommendations by email.
