Is the ELEHEAR Delight water resistant or waterproof?

The ELEHEAR Delight is IP67-rated, meaning it is resistant to moisture, sweat, and dust for everyday use. It is not waterproof.

The hearing aids are not recommended for use in water (such as swimming or showering) or in situations with a high risk of direct water exposure.

How to wear my Delight correctly?

1. Hold the hearing aid with the ear wing pointing up towards the sky.
2. While inserting the dome of the hearing aid into the ear-canal, twist the hearing aid backwards, so the ear wing points toward the back of the ear.
3. Rock the aid back and forth until the aids seat securely.

What is the battery performance of the ELEHEAR Delight?

The ELEHEAR Delight hearing aids are rechargeable. Each charge supports up to 13.5 hours* of battery performance. The portable charging case provides up to 2 additional charges. A full charge for the hearing aids typically takes about 1.5 hours in the charging case, while fully charging the case takes approximately 2.5 hours.

*The 13.5-hour battery life can only be achieved in hearing-aid-only mode. Once Bluetooth is activated and the device operates in headset mode, the expected battery life is within 10 hours.

How long does shipping take?

The product will be shipped within 2 business days upon receiving the order and you can expect to receive it in 5 to 7 business days.

What is the warranty coverage and terms?

ELEHEAR offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products. This covers quality, material and workmanship defects on the hearing aids and charging case (accessories are not included).
The warranty begins on the date the new devices are delivered. If your hearing aids are found to be faulty during this time frame, there will be no charges associated with any repair, unless the device has been misused.
