ElePro Plus is ELEHEAR's remote professional hearing care service. Through the ELEHEAR app, you can connect with a licensed audiologist for a 45-minute, one-on-one live video session, getting personalized hearing aid fine-tuning, a hearing assessment, and usage guidance, all from the comfort of your home.

ElePro Plus is built for ELEHEAR hearing aid users who want more than the standard OTC experience. It is especially helpful if you:

• Feel your hearing aids aren't quite right and want better results
• Still struggle in specific environments — like watching TV or having conversations outdoors
• Want a professional to review and explain your hearing test results
• Are looking to build better hearing habits and get the most out of your devices
Please note: ELEHEAR audiologists are unable to physically examine your ears. If you suspect your hearing difficulties may be caused by earwax blockage, infection, or another medical condition, we recommend consulting an in-person provider before proceeding with a remote session.

ElePro Plus is currently available exclusively for ELEHEAR Beyond series users. We plan to expand compatibility to additional ELEHEAR models in the future — stay tuned for official updates.

Each 45-minute session includes four core service areas:
• Assessment: Remote hearing screening, results interpretation, and device usage evaluation
• Optimization: Real-time fine-tuning based on your everyday listening scenarios (home, backyard, TV — quiet environments under 60 dB)
• Guidance: Hearing aid adaptation coaching, usage habit correction, and hearing protection advice
• Follow-Up: A check-in within a few days after your session, hearing change tracking, and session history on record

ElePro Basic (Free) is an asynchronous service — an audiologist reviews your hearing remotely and sends back adjusted settings and a basic report, with no live interaction. Sound is adjusted using Volume & Tone controls for overall improvement.ElePro Plus is a live 45-minute 1-on-1 video consultation with a licensed audiologist, including real-time tuning, personalized lifestyle adjustments, full interactive dialogue, scheduled appointments, and a 1-week follow-up. Fitting is done using professional fitting software and ELEHEAR's proprietary fitting formulas.

Each session is billed individually. For current pricing, please visit the ELEHEAR website. You can purchase as many sessions as you need — there is no limit. Book whenever you feel it would be helpful.

You can purchase a session in two ways:• Visit the ELEHEAR website directly to access the purchase page.• Open the ELEHEAR App, tap the sidebar menu, and select 'ElePro Audiologist' to be redirected to the purchase page.

Yes. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will automatically end, you are welcome to rebook once at no additional charge.

After purchase, you will receive a redemption code by email.If you purchased using the same email address as your ELEHEAR account: Your ElePro Plus benefit will be automatically added to your account. Open the ELEHEAR App and look for a pop-up prompting you to activate your service.If you used a different email address: Open the ELEHEAR App → go to My Profile → tap Redeem Access → enter or paste your redemption code. Once verified, your session will be added to your account.

Yes, you can redeem the code on any account as long as it has not been redeemed yet. Each redemption code can only be redeemed once.

Once the code has been redeemed and linked to an account, it cannot be unlinked, transferred, or used on another account.

After submitting the Informed Consent for Teleaudiology Service Form in the app, you can schedule an appointment with one of our licensed hearing care professionals.Once confirmed:• Your upcoming appointment will appear on the Home page of the ELEHEAR App.• You'll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and preparation instructions.

You'll receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment. To help your session run smoothly, we recommend:• Charging your hearing aids and phone beforehand• Ensuring you have a stable internet/Wi-Fi connection• Completing your hearing test in the APP before the session (highly recommended)• Finding a quiet place to take the call• Wearing both hearing aids and making sure they are turned on before joining

When your appointment time arrives, tap 'Join Session' in the ELEHEAR App to connect with your hearing care professional. Make sure your microphone is on and your hearing aids remain connected to your phone throughout.During the session, your audiologist may:• Review your hearing profile and hearing test results• Discuss your listening needs and everyday hearing challenges• Remotely fine-tune your hearing aids• Apply new hearing settings and ask for your real-time feedback• Provide personalized hearing care recommendations

After your session, your personalized hearing settings will be available in the Care Record section of the ELEHEAR App. From your appointment record, you can:• Apply your new hearing settings to your hearing aids• View your audiologist's personalized recommendations and session summary• Review your appointment history and care records at any timeWe recommend using your new settings in your everyday listening environments over the next few days to experience the full benefit of your adjustments.

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met: Your session has not been used Your complimentary rescheduling opportunity has not been used Your request is submitted within the 6-month service validity periodTo get started, reach out to ELEHEAR Customer Support at support@elehear.com or call (888) 669-1099. Our team will review your request in accordance with our service terms and assist you accordingly.

Your audiologist uses the ELEHEAR app's remote fitting feature to push optimized settings to your devices — but only with your confirmation. The process is fully transparent, and all changes take effect instantly on your hearing aids.

Yes. Your live session with your hearing care professional will be recorded (audio). The recording is used to:

• Maintain an accurate clinical record for follow-up care

• Support quality assurance and service improvement

Recordings are stored securely, retained only as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes and comply with applicable legal requirements, and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request a copy of your recording or request its deletion, subject to applicable laws and ELEHEAR's record retention obligations. By proceeding with the session, you consent to this recording.

Yes. ElePro Plus is built on a HIPAA-compliant infrastructure from the ground up. All session recordings, test results, and personal hearing data are securely handled and stored in accordance with U.S. health privacy regulations. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

In most states, yes. Audiologists on ElePro Plus practice under their existing state licenses, and you must be located in a state where your audiologist holds an active license at the time of your session. ELEHEAR verifies each audiologist's licensing eligibility before they begin providing services. We are currently launching in Florida, Texas, California, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Indiana, and West Virginia for ELEHEAR Beyond series users, with plans to expand to additional states and compatible ELEHEAR models in the near future.
