Best customer service! I can hear!
I waited for years to get hearing aids. Put it on back burner while I was sole caregiver for my husband. I was confused about which ones to buy. I had it narrowed down to two. When an old friend told me she had bought ELEHEAR and was very happy with them—I waited no longer. I ordered the Beyond model like my friend and a couple of minutes after placing my order realized there was an upgraded Beyond model, the Beyond PRO model. I quickly sent an email asking if I could upgrade to the Pro. It was the wee hours of the night. First thing in the morning was an email from ELEHEAR with an invoice for the upgrade! That responsive! Two days later my ELEHEAR arrived with consistent communication along the way and ever since. My adult children helped me set them up to my phone and with hearing test and all. Took just a few minutes including reading all the clear instructions. They are easy to care for and comfortable to wear. Perfect in every way. Don't wait as long as I did. THOUSANDS less than the hearing aids my ENT and his audiologist recommended. So happy with my purchase!
Very pleased with the Beyond set
I've had the Elehear Beyond a little over 2 weeks. They have met my expectations. After I ordered, I worried that I should have ordered the Delights since I wear glasses, but my glasses fit comfortably over the hearing aids do not disrupt their placement when I removed my eyeglasses. These aids allow me to hear better in both restaurant and lecture settings. I am very pleased with the battery life. A charge lasts more than a day. I'm absolutely thrilled that I don't have to pay thousands to $$ to hear clearly. Thank you Elehear!
Work very well for not having anything to compare it to.
Work very well not having anything to compare it to my guy says. He say they work well in a quiet setting. However if an air conditioner is running or multiple people are talking it amplifies everything around. So to sum it up the amplifiers work very well. Compared to not having any hearing assisted device before. Not shouting out, " What did you say". As the other half I'd say they work great not having to repeat myself. Well worth the money. He even stepped into the shower and forgot to take them off and he used the dry box right away. Worked the very next morning without charging them up. So once again it's an affordable alternative.

Vast improvement over the amplifier type aids I've tried. I'm particularly happy about the restaurant mode. My old ones were unbearable in noisy restaurants, but these suppress the background enough that I can enjoy meals out again. Thanks.
Good quality backup to your expensive ones
Work well and all fine, but sound quality obviously not quite matching the $$$$ units, and form factor not quite as svelte. Minor squeal feedback that I don't get with others, but only if you push the volume too high. Overall an excellent value for the money and a great option when you don't want to risk your fancy set.
Great product
I have been very happy with these hearing aids. Probably the best I've had. This is my 4th different brand. Been wearing hearing aids for 5 years.
Value
Have to be honest: these aids work almost as well as my $2000.00 ones I first received years ago, except this AI translates foreign languages marvelously. Worth every penny, as the old saying goes!
Better than Costco
These are better than the Rextons at Costco. I don't like the anouncement that I am connected/disconnected whenever I walk in and out of range. I keep shutting off the bluetooth connection, but it still connects.
Happy Customer
I purchased the Elehear Beyond to replace my prescription hearing aids. The Beyond hearing aids have much better features for tinnitus masking. I hear sounds better with the Beyond hearing aids conversation, TV, and music.
Better than others I've tried
This is my 3rd set of hearing aids. 1st was a Rx set from belltone I was given free. They were an older model that was being reused by giving them to me, recalibrated by an audiologist. 2nd was a set of audion in ear style. Feedback was so bad I returned them in less than a day. The elahear beyond is working better for me than the belltone Rx hearing aids did. I only wish instead of a simple tone adjustment that it had separate adjustments for base, midrange, & highs.
