Only customers who purchased Alpha Pro from ELEHEAR.com or Amazon are eligible. We will verify your order before proceeding.
How do I verify my purchase?
You’ll need your original order number and related information. Once submitted, our team will confirm your eligibility.
How do I return my Alpha Pro device?
We’ll send you a prepaid return label. Simply package and ship the device back to us.
How long does shipping take after upgrade?
Your Beyond Pro will ship within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned Alpha pro.
What happens if I apply after the 72-unit limit is reached?
If your upgrade request is submitted within the promotion period but after the 72-unit cap, don’t worry — you’re still eligible. But your Beyond Pro will ship within 10–15 business days instead of 3-5 business days.
I’m not an Alpha Pro user. Can I join the Upgrade Program?
The current upgrade program is only for Alpha Pro users upgrading to our latest Beyond Pro model.
At the moment, we don’t have an upgrade program for other users, but we’ll review this for future product updates. If such a program becomes available, we’ll notify you via email or in the ELEHEAR app.
