Do the Beyond Pro hearing aids allow for bluetooth-streamed phone calls?

Yes. The Beyond Pro hearing aids do allow for bluetooth streaming of phone-calls to both Apple and Android products. Do ensure your phone has Bluetooth version 5.3 or below (Bluetooth 5.3 is backward-compatible). Successful connectivity depends on specific circumstances and device compatibility.

What does the ELEHEAR App do?

The ELEHEAR App utilizes Bluetooth connectivity to enable effortless control and customization of the ELEHEAR Beyond Pro hearing aids. The App allows users to adjust various settings in their hearing aids, including volume, mode, noise-control and directionality. This streamlined connection enhances user convenience and provides a user-friendly interface for managing the hearing aids effectively.

What is the warranty coverage and terms?

ELEHEAR offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products. This covers quality, material and workmanship defects on the hearing aids and charging case (accessories not included).
The warranty begins on the date the new devices are delivered. If your hearing aids are found to be faulty during this time frame, there will be no charges associated with any repair, unless the device has been misused.

Better than my Rx hearing aids!

These hearing aids are wonderful! They sound like natural hearing when tuned correctly! The audiologist setting is the perfect starting point each day. I love the tinnitus masking and the Bluetooth to listen to audiobooks and music., and phone calls. Wonderful! And a fraction of what I paid for my old hearing aids!

I’m new at this hearing aid stuff but
So far so good. I have the Beyond Pro’s I wear them all day, very comfortable, my daughter is glad I stopped
Saying What during our conversations. I’m still adjusting and my tinnitus is better just buy wearing them and becomes very noticeable when I take them off. Setting them up is very easy and I would say the price is right and I recommend them .

Now these hearing aids are great.

First morning I wore the aids walked outside and heard birds singing. Later went to Cracker Barrel with family and for the first time in years could carry on a conversation. Actually could understand what was being said even with background noise. It is a joy to converse with my wife without saying I cannot understand what you are saying. The sound quality is right on just like natural. Over the years I have tried different types and other manufactured hearing aids. But to date these hearing aids are the best I've used.

I am very pleased with the hearing aids. These are not my first hearing aids, but since I’ve had these, I really have not had any problem yet. Best hearing at a great price

Bought the Elehear Beyond hearing aids about six months ago and found a great improvement over my older but much more expensive hearing aids, and the app that links my hearing aids to my phone is fabulous! Now trying out the Beyond Pro and noticing some "fine tuning" in the sounds. I have profound hearing loss, so I'm not looking for perfection, but especially in group environments (like restaurants) and phone calls, the improvement is very noticeable.
