I waited for years to get hearing aids. Put it on back burner while I was sole caregiver for my husband. I was confused about which ones to buy. I had it narrowed down to two. When an old friend told me she had bought ELEHEAR and was very happy with them—I waited no longer. I ordered the Beyond model like my friend and a couple of minutes after placing my order realized there was an upgraded Beyond model, the Beyond PRO model. I quickly sent an email asking if I could upgrade to the Pro. It was the wee hours of the night. First thing in the morning was an email from ELEHEAR with an invoice for the upgrade! That responsive! Two days later my ELEHEAR arrived with consistent communication along the way and ever since. My adult children helped me set them up to my phone and with hearing test and all. Took just a few minutes including reading all the clear instructions. They are easy to care for and comfortable to wear. I have silver hair and bought the silver color. Perfect! Perfect in every way. Don’t wait as long as I did. Do this for yourself. It’s well worth the small amount they cost. THOUSANDS less than the hearing aids my ENT and his audiologist recommended. So happy with my purchase! So happy with ELEHEAR. I’m confident if I need anything assistance I will receive it from the excellent customer service already shown by ELEHEAR. PS be sure to buy the Dry Box, too.

I bought these for my dad and my mother-in-law. In both cases, it worked great, even with moderate hearing loss. In addition you get great customer service. An audiologist selected the best settings, based on the audiometry test that you do with their own app.

I have Costco 1,500 hearing aids and these are absolutely better

After the fiasco of going to Miracle Ear, I was able to discover Elehear with Consumers Reports. A small fitment issue, but the units themselves are terrific. Easy to set up and adjust. Can't go wrong with Ellehear.

These are one of the best hearing aids out there. Do not second guess yourself for the price.

Have to be honest: these aids work almost as well as my $2000.00 ones I first received years ago, except this AI translates foreign languages marvelously. Worth every penny, as the old saying goes!
