The ELEHEAR Beyond series are OTC hearing aids, appropriate for mild to moderate hearing loss. If you are unsure about your hearing levels, take our online hearing test. You will get your results immediately. You may also discuss your results with our audiologist.

What is the warranty coverage and terms?

ELEHEAR offers a 1-year limited warranty on all products. This covers quality, material and workmanship defects on the hearing aids and charging case (accessories not included).
The warranty begins on the date the new devices are delivered. If your hearing aids are found to be faulty during this time frame, there will be no charges associated with any repair, unless the device has been misused.

What is AI VocClear technology?

ELEHEAR's proprietary VocClear AI technology is a synergistic system composed of six integral components: AI Feedback Control, Directionality, Directionality Enhancer, AI Noise Reduction, Speech Enhancer and Amplification. These six modules work together to enhance speech comprehension (especially in noise), and to minimize listening effort, thereby enhancing overall communication.
