Recommended Replacement: Replace your wires every 6–12 months or anytime you notice reduced sound quality, visible wear, or connection problems.
Compatibility & Fit: For ELEHEAR Beyond 2 Pro hearing aids only. Your hearing aids come fitted with Size 2 receivers and include one additional Size 3 receiver. Choose Size 1 for a shorter wire, Size 2 for the standard length, or Size 3 for a longer wire.
Why It’s Important: Keeping your wires in good condition ensures clear sound, prevents issues, and helps your hearing aids last longer.
Care & Handling: Handle the receiver gently. Hold the connector rather than pulling on the wire, and avoid twisting or forcing the connection. Keep receivers and other small parts out of reach of children.
How to Replace the Receiver Wires

Receiver Removal: Hold the hearing aid body with one hand and the connector end of the receiver wire with the other. Gently pull the receiver connector straight out of the hearing aid. Do not twist the connector or pull on the receiver wire.

Receiver Installation: Hold the hearing aid body with one hand and the connector end of the receiver wire with the other. Align the receiver connector with the port on the hearing aid and insert it until you hear a click. Gently tug the connector to confirm it is securely attached before use.
