Care & Maintenance

Recommended Replacement: Replace your wires every 6–12 months or anytime you notice reduced sound quality, visible wear, or connection problems.
Usage Tips: Make sure the wires match your device, handle them with care, and feel free to contact us if you need help.
Why It’s Important: Keeping your wires fresh ensures clear sound, prevents issues, and helps your hearing aids last longer.
Please Note: Please be careful and take safety precautions when using replacement tools. Avoid scratches and keep out of reach of children.
How to Replace the Receiver Wires

When replacing, use the dedicated tool we offered to fully push the pin out. Be careful not to widen the fixing hole, as this could cause the speaker plug to become loose after insertion.

After pushing out the pin, carefully remove the receiver wire. Please handle it gently to avoid applying excessive force, which could potentially damage the receiver wire.

Attach the new receiver securely by gently pushing it into place, ensuring pressure is applied to the base rather than directly on the receiver wire to avoid potential damage.

Insert the front end of the pin into the fixing hole, then use the small indentation located on the back of the replacement tool to keep the pin in place and gradually push the pin fully into place.
